Annie's Vegan Mac and Cheese
So yes I know I said vegan cheese is awful, but I thought maybe like a boxed mac and cheese would be okay since cheese powder is not really very much like cheese anyway, even when it's made from cheese solids or whey or whatever it is that they put in the not-vegan mac and cheese. So anyway I thought I would try Annie's mac and cheese because I do like Annie's products. They're expensive, but they taste good and there are a lot of decent vegan options. Also there were a lot of people in the reviews saying things like, "This tastes just like real mac and cheese!" and "I no longer miss the cheesy, creamy mac and cheese I used to eat before I went vegan!" Okay sold. I bought some and I made it for my dinner one night when my kids were cooking for themselves, because no way am I going to spend almost three bucks for one box of fake mac and cheese that my kids are almost certainly not going to eat.
